Our Christmas Market Weekend is open on the following dates:
- Thursday 3rd December - 12 noon till 7:30pm
- Friday 4th December - 10am – 4pm
- Saturday 5th December - 10am – 4pm
- Sunday 6th December - 10am – 4pm
Christmas Market Stallholder Applications Now Open!
We’re excited to announce that applications for stallholders at our Christmas Market are open.
We look forward to welcoming a wonderful selection of local makers, producers and businesses to help us create a magical Christmas Market experience.
Christmas Tipi Market
Join us for a memorable and distinctive Christmas Market experience in our tipis. The space will provide a magical festive atmosphere, complete with sparkling twinkly lights, plenty of space for high-quality stalls and visitors, and shelter from the winter weather. Shop gifts for your loved ones from a mix of Beetham-favourites and brand new stallholders.
Live Music
Our Christmas Market weekend will be opened by a local primary school choir and the festive fun will continue over the weekend with a number of musical acts. We are delighted to welcome some new acts to Beetham Nurseries, as well as some of our favourite choirs, bands, and singer songwriters. Check our socials for the full lineup announcement.
Find the Perfect Tree…
As always, here at Beetham Nurseries, we will have hundreds of freshly cut and potted Christmas trees in stock for you to take home and adorn with beautiful twinkly lights and festive decorations.
Browse our extensive selection of trees whilst keeping warm around our fantastic Fire Pit. Better yet, we will be offering an exclusive 10% discount for all Garden Club members; not a member? Join for free at the till!
Fun for all the Family
As always, Beetham Nurseries is very much a place for all the family, and the Christmas Market Weekend is no exception!
Kirstie Crafts will be running free sustainable festive crafting for little ones in the heated marquee.
Enter our colouring competition in The Garden Café and look out for festive games to join in with each day.
And, it wouldn’t be Christmas at Beetham Nurseries without the naughty elves causing mischief! They’ve run away from the North Pole and are getting into trouble in the garden centre. Find all six and collect a chocolate from the Info Desk!
Late Night Shopping
Our Late Night Shopping event on Thursday 3rd December runs from 5pm till 7.30pm. You'll be greeted with a free mulled wine and a free entry to win our Beetham Christmas Bundle, worth over £350! Plus, enjoy an exclusive 10% in-store discount from 5pm to 7:30pm, before browsing the artisan gifts in our chalet market. Catch the fun late-night performance before stopping by The Garden Cafe for a festive bite to eat.
Festive Workshops
Join us in the marquee on The Terrace to get artistic with winter foliage and create a contemporary or luxury wreath. Booking will open in August.
Our Christmas Shop
As well as our incredibly talented guests within the Christmas Market Tipis, of course, our extensive Home & Lifestyle and Gift Shops will be packed full of festive decorations, Christmas trees, lights, unique and interesting gifts as well as delicious food & drink from local, national and international producers.

Delicious Delights & Warming Drinks
From festive treats to warming drinks, our Garden Cafe, Wood Fired Kitchen, and street food vans provide a feast for the senses.
The Garden Cafe will, as always, will be offering our range of popular, premium dishes throughout the weekend, as well as some festive extras! Baked by our in-house baking team, we will also be offering our usual cake counter, packed full of delicious treats to enjoy with a warming drink.
Eat in at the Garden Cafe or the Wood Fired Kitchen or grab some tasty takeaway street food from the vans and listen to some live music on the terrace! The Wood Fired Kitchen will also be offering takeaway pizzas so you can enjoy them on The Terrace.
KingSharp's Knife and Tool Sharpening
KingSharp Cumbria will be at the wooden gates, sharpening anything with a blade.
