Important Update from Beetham Nurseries

At Beetham Nurseries, the comfort and safety of our customers are always our top priority, and with that in mind we need to share an important update regarding dogs on our premises.

From Monday 12th January 2026, unfortunately dogs are no longer permitted in Beetham Nurseries’ shop and garden centre. As dog-lovers, this is not an announcement we ever hoped to make. However, despite our best efforts, there have been too many incidents, so we now have to put additional measures in place to ensure Beetham Nurseries is a safe and pleasant environment for everyone.

Don’t worry! Assistance dogs are still welcome, and all dogs will still be welcome in our Growing Nursery when it is open (March through to October). So you can continue to bring your furry friends along to pick out the perfect plants, and enjoy a coffee and light bite or cake from our new coffee van.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep Beetham Nurseries safe and enjoyable for all visitors. Thank you for your continued support!
