Important Update from Beetham Nurseries

At Beetham Nurseries, the comfort and safety of our customers are always our top priority, and with that in mind we need to share an important update regarding dogs on our premises.

From Monday 12th January 2026, unfortunately we are no longer allowing dogs in Beetham Nurseries’ shop and garden centre. As dog-lovers, this is not an announcement we ever hoped to make. However, despite our best efforts, there have been too many incidents, so we now have to put additional measures in place to ensure Beetham Nurseries is a safe and pleasant environment for everyone.

Don’t worry! Guide dogs are still welcome, and all dogs will still be welcome in our Growing Nursery when it reopens in the spring. So you can continue to bring your furry friends along to pick out the perfect plants.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep Beetham Nurseries safe and enjoyable for all visitors. Thank you for your continued support!
