The flavours and essence of Cumberland deliciously captured in a rich brown sauce. A perfect balance of Cumberland spices and fresh fruity flavour, inspired by the spicy flavour of the world famous Cumberland Sausage.
Ingredients: Tomatoes (60%), Onions, Sugar, Apples (14%), White Wine Vinegar (Sulphites), Black Treacle (Invert Sugar Syrup, Cane Molasses), Raisins (Raisins, Sunflower Oil), Whole Dried Dates, Garlic (3%), Red Chilli Peppers (1%), Salt, Ground Ginger, Cloves, Ground White Pepper, Star Anise, Juniper Berries, Fennel Seeds.
