This is the ultimate Easter treat! Making your own Belgium chocolate Easter Egg, filled with some special delights and hand decorated.
In this session Carolyn will explain how to temper chocolate. You can make your Easter Egg out of white, milk or dark chocolate. There’s plenty of choice of decorations too! We will place the Easter Egg on a fondant-covered cake board, then decorate it using fondant icing in seasonal shapes.
This course is for all ages. The ticket price is to make one egg and board. If you're coming with more than one child, you can book a ticket for each child so they get to make their own egg, or book one ticket and make one together as a team.
All resources are included, including aprons for you to wear.
Please specify when ordering which flavour of chocolate you’d like. The choices are dark, milk or white. If nothing is specified we will assume milk chocolate.
The details
This workshop will take place on our Terrace (to the right of The Garden Cafe) in our marquee. It is heated on cooler days, but please wear suitable clothing.
Refreshments can be purchased from The Garden Cafe.
Seating in the Marquee consists of wooden chairs, so you may wish to bring a cushion for added comfort.

When buying online, your tickets will be emailed to you. You don't need to print the ticket as we will have your booking when we check you in. On arrival at the workshop, you will be given a 10% discount voucher valid for the day of your workshop. So don’t forget to make the most of some shopping time before or after your workshop!
Please note the voucher cannot be used against Garden Furniture, in The Garden Cafe, or The Food Hall.
