Workshop Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate any adjustments where possible. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before booking your workshop place.

Sold Out Workshops

If a workshop is sold out and you can no longer attend, we will make your ticket available for resale. If your place is successfully resold, we will issue you a full refund. Unfortunately, if we are unable to resell your ticket, we will not be able to offer a refund.

Transfers and Exchanges

If you contact us more than two weeks before the start date, we may be able to transfer your booking to another workshop run by the same tutor, subject to availability.

Non–Sold Out Workshops

If a workshop is not sold out and you contact us less than two weeks before the workshop date, we’re unable to offer a refund or transfer. This is because late cancellations can reduce participant numbers below the tutor’s minimum requirement, leading to the workshop being cancelled for all attendees.
