We are delighted to announce that Northern Pasta Co. are our very first Brand Spotlight! Based in the glorious South Lakes, Northern Pasta Co. produces the very best Spelt pasta, crafted with a signature blend of ancient grain flours, to create a truly delicious and nutritious pasta.
Created by Imogen and Matt, who have always made pasta at home, Northern Pasta was born from their desire to learn more about how to make the very best British pasta, using the very best British produce.
