Beetham Nurseries is excited to be part of this year’s Forty Farms Fair at Rheged, happening on Saturday 5 July 2025, from 10am to 3pm. This event, in partnership with Kendal Farmers Market, showcases over 40 local stands with the best seasonal produce, artisan crafts, and gifts that draw from Cumbria’s agricultural heritage.
Find Us at the Plant Stall
We’ll be bringing a colourful collection of Cumbrian-grown perennials to the fair. Our stand will feature lush display beds and a wide selection of plants ideal for gardens across the region.
Whether you're a seasoned gardener or planting your first border, you’ll be able to choose from varieties that are hardy, reliable, and bursting with seasonal colour.
Talk: "Perennial Perfection: Choosing the Right Plants for Cumbrian Gardens" at 1 pm
Catch Marguerite, one of our expert workshop leaders, at 1 pm in Screen 2 (Cinema) for a free talk, packed with insights for gardeners of all levels.
In this session, Marguerite will introduce standout perennials that thrive in Cumbria's climate, as well as share design tips to create a garden that blooms season after season. She'll also answer your questions during a Q&A after the talk.
