Christmas Launch Evening
Join us on Thursday 12th November for our Christmas Launch Evening — an exclusive, ticketed event for Garden Club members — where we welcome you to start the festive season with a shopping experience like no other.
At Christmas-time, Beetham Nurseries is filled with a thoughtfully curated range of unique and special gifts, and our Christmas Shop is a favourite destination for those who love to decorate for the festive season.
On this evening, expect an arrival drink and nibbles, a welcome gift, wine tasting, festive illustration demonstrations, chances to win special prizes and more — all to the soundtrack of a local pianist, playing popular classical music and Christmas songs.
With limited tickets available, this evening offers a more relaxed way to experience the magic of Christmas at Beetham, with space to browse, discover and enjoy everything we have planned. Join us as we officially open the Christmas season.
Arrival drink & nibbles
On arrival, enjoy a festive cranberry mimosa alongside a beautifully curated artisanal grazing tray, the perfect introduction to an evening of Christmas inspiration.
Welcome gift
Each guest will receive a beautifully curated welcome gift, worth over £30, thoughtfully chosen to bring a little Christmas joy.
The Dawn Chorus Robin ½ Pint Mug is beautifully hand-decorated with a musical robin, ivy and seasonal berries, accompanied by luxury chocolate buttons and an A6 nature-inspired card created by local artist Elle Morse, from her original watercolour and gouache artwork. Elle will also be joining us during the evening.
A thoughtful collection to take home and enjoy — whether gifted to someone special or kept as a treat for yourself, to enjoy a quiet moment with a little indulgence during the busy festive season.
Wine tasting
Alberto Zambianchi from Provino will join us to offer tastings of wines from his family’s vineyard in Lombardia, Italy. The perfect bottles to put in the wine rack ready for the big day, or enjoy with friends and family on the lead-up.
Local pianist Daniel Smith
Local pianist Daniel Smith will set the mood with a beautiful selection of much-loved classical melodies and Christmas favourites, creating a warm and relaxed ambience as you browse and soak up the festive spirit.
Roberts Radio Prize Wheel
Add a little festive fun to your evening with the Roberts Radio prize wheel. You could be one of three lucky winners to take home a Roberts Petit 2, or win a £10 voucher to spend on the Roberts Radio collection at Beetham before the end of the year.
Elle Morse Botanical Illustration Demonstration
We’re delighted to welcome local botanical artist Elle Morse, who will be demonstrating her beautiful bauble decoration techniques live throughout the evening.
Browse Elle’s collection of nature-inspired cards, Christmas stationery and hand-decorated baubles, all created with her distinctive botanical style, and discover something special to take home.
