Watercolour Christmas Cards Workshop for Beginners 

Join artist and illustrator Carla Gebhard for a lovely, festive morning of watercolour painting. Create beautiful Christmas cards to share with your loved ones while enjoying the calming and creative nature of watercolours.

Inspired by the magic of the winter woodland, such as holly, mistletoe and little robins, this gentle workshop is perfect for total beginners. You’ll be guided through simple watercolour techniques in a relaxed and supportive setting, helping you explore your creativity and enjoy the simple pleasures of painting.

You’ll leave with three A6 Christmas cards, your practice paintings, and the skills and confidence to continue painting at home.

The details

This workshop will take place in our marquee on our terrace (to the right of The Garden Cafe). It is heated on cooler days, but please wear suitable clothing.

Your ticket price includes tea, coffee, mulled wine, and a sweet treat. 

Seating in the marquee consists of wooden chairs, so you may wish to bring a cushion for added comfort.

Please advise of dietary requirements when booking.

When buying online, your tickets will be emailed to you. You don't need to print the ticket as we will have your booking when we check you in. On arrival at the workshop, you will be given a 10% discount voucher valid for the day of your workshop. So don’t forget to make the most of some shopping time before or after your workshop!

Please note the voucher cannot be used against Garden Furniture, in The Garden Cafe, or The Food Hall.
