Yoga with Emmaline in The Growing Nursery

Come and join us this summer amongst the beautiful flora and fauna of The Growing Nursery for some gentle outside yoga. Our yoga teacher Emmaline will guide you through an all levels yoga flow incorporating gentle and calming yoga postures designed to stretch, release and relax your entire body, mind and soul.

Please bring your own yoga mat and a blanket for relaxation.

This class will take place in The Growing Nursery. Please meet Emmaline ten minutes prior to the start of the session, at the entrance sign to The Growing Nursery and she will then guide you to the borders where the class will take place.

Please note: this class is weather dependent and therefore, you will be contacted 24 hours prior to the class should it be cancelled. If it is cancelled, a full refund will be given.

When buying online, your tickets will be emailed to you, which you do not need to print prior to arrival. On the day of the workshop, you will be given a ticket on arrival which acts as a 10% voucher whilst you’re here with us on the day of your workshop, so don’t forget to make the most of some shopping time before or after your workshop! (Please note the voucher cannot be used against Garden Furniture, in The Garden Cafe or The Food Hall).
